Fourier Representations of Singals
Why the artifact is included:
The study of signals and systems using sinusoidal representations is termed Fourier analysis, after Joseph Fourier (1768-1830) for his development of the theory. [3] Fourier methods have widespread applications beyond signals and systems, being used in every branch of engineering and science. This project shows that I have a good calculus basis and I can analyze different types of signals in time or frequency domain.
Descriptions of this project and how it relates to the engineering process:
There are four distinct Fourier representations: Discrete-Time Fourier Series, Fourier Series, Discrete-Time Fourier Transform, Fourier Transform. This assignment is basically to do some calculations about different types of signals. In order to do this task, the first step of engineering process is important. Once I understand concepts and know how I can get there, I can finish questions. Not all steps are necessary for this project. For instance, I do not need to build any prototype.

On the left, there are some important equations that can be used to solve different types of signal functions either in time domain or frequency domain.
